Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Auracami ships only within the United States. This allows us to provide reliable delivery, better tracking, and faster customer support for all our customers.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is a full breakdown:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number anytime to follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@auracami.com before your order is shipped. Auracami is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
