1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. In the case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Time & Cost

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Locations & Carriers

We currently ship to the United States only. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Note: Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout, depending on the destination state, in accordance with local laws.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Auracami is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@auracami.com before the item is shipped.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
